Introducing a brand new court and amenity space for this apartment complex. This pickleball court was constructed with concrete, and have the lights on a rotary timer. We secured the courts with a 6’ tall black chain link fence to keep basketballs, pickleballs, and tennis balls in the court and not down the road! We added a pergola and patio area for tables and BBQ for families to gather.
